high floor leicester square view security staff
The hotel accepted my request for early check-in. They kept me on a high floor with the Leicester Square view I booked! I enjoyed the fire in the evening by the bar with drinks. The door and security staff were great in the evening. They kept me feeling safe.
The photo booth camera wasn't printing photos. I love a good printed photo memoir.

kind staff wonderful spa super-comfy bed non-vegan dish moldy toast limited privacy
the staff was kind and accommodating. the spa is wonderful. the beds were super-comfy.
i clearly ordered a vegan breakfast option but i received a non-vegan dish. the replacement plate with gluten-free bread had toast with visible mold. the bathrooms don't offer much privacy.

fantastic stay
efficient check in stationary bikes safe environment
the staff was very friendly and helpful i noticed the front desk staff was quick and efficient during check in. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes providing good options for workouts. olu was amazing and friendly with security, ensuring i felt safe and welcome at all times
the music in the bar was a bit bland and did not create an energetic atmosphere.

excellent stay
kind security maintained room convenient location
the security member oly was especially kind i loved how he greeted guests each time they entered the hotel the rooms were well maintained and the cleanliness was great i found the location to be especially convenient for exploring the area
The check-in process could have been a bit faster. It took a little longer than expected due to some administrative issues. Still, this did not overshadow the positive aspects of my stay.
